Is GRATITUDE just a word?

On Sunday, 28 May from 6.30-8.30 p.m, the Moreno Psychodrama Society hosts the third Theatre of Spontaneity for 2017 at the Psychodrama Institute of Melbourne, Lyndon Medina will present a session on: “Is GRATITUDE just a word?”

Gratitude has been linked to happiness, positive mental health, better physical health and improved civic attitudes. But how do we actually put gratitude into practice in our day to day lives. Do you express enough thanks to where it belongs? Does your lack of gratitude cloud over what you have? And, Is there someone from the past you have not expressed enough appreciation to? Come and join me and explore this important value.

Presenter: Lyndon Medina

Jacob Levy Moreno created the first Theatre of Spontaneity (ToS) early in the last century to explore through enactment, connection, moments of interest, social themes and current events occurring in the Austrian community and society. Each ToS presenter will work with material from the group, so just bring yourself to this unique and refreshing event. Come along to our Theatre of Spontaneity to explore new roles, meet new people, share your stories, journeys and experiences.
