Consultancy and Organisational Development
Sue Daniel and associates work internationally with organisations to bring about effective group cultures.
The work usually involves half-day seminars, day or residential workshops. Individuals and groups can develop new ways of being, including working with conflict so that people can connect with one another and their group can function in a more effective manner.
We provide leadership training, role training, workplace conflict resolution and strategic planning for teams, group supervision and individual supervision. One-to-one consultancy is provided especially in the early planning stages of the work.
The method used is a specific sociometric systemic approach, which includes role theory, psychodrama or sociodrama. The focus is on the use of experiential methods for the development of people in organisations including crisis teams.
Workshops, individual sessions, seminars and training days are offered at the Psychodrama Institute of Melbourne, in the workplace or at a specific venue.
